I’m so excited to let you know that I’m now an Accredited iMA Practitioner.
iMA is a simple, colour based, universal language designed to help you communicate, understand, and work with people better.
Communication is what holds our working and personal relationships together.
iMA is a great tool that enables us to:
i = Identify our own characteristics, behaviours and comfortable state
M = Modify our message to enable us to connect and communicate more easily with others
A = Adapt and Appreciate our differences and accept and appreciate ourselves
iMA is a simple, colour-based, universal language designed to help people communicate more effectively, and enable them to realise how they might change their behaviour to gain a mutually beneficial outcome.
Did you know that 90% of what we do is patterned, programmed and predictable and where most people, feel most comfortable, most of the time?
People give clues to their comfort zone based on how they look, what they say, how they say it, what they do and how they do it.
I now use iMA in my personal and professional life and encourage clients, friends, family and colleagues to use this wonderful tool as part of their day-to-day lives.
By being aware what colour other people are, we can immediately modify and adapt our message to prevent conflict, understand people’s differences and work more cohesively as a team.
Identify the colour of the person you want and / or need to communicate with, Modify the message by encoding it in a way that is most likely understood, and Adapt to the differences by treating the other person in a way that they want to be treated (iMA).
When that happens communication, trust, cooperation, understanding, sales and profits go up and stress and tension go down.
Identify the comfort zone of your clients and you will be able to talk to them in terms of their interests to match your selling style with their buying style OR promote your business in a way that matches a prospect’s comfort zone, so you gain more rapport with them.
