Seeing the Possibilities or Value Opportunity

Depending on our mindset, and our power of positivity, the value we place on things will and can create extraordinary things.

You may or may not have heard of the story that talks about the following:

  1. A bar of iron costs about $5
  2. Made into horseshoes, it’s worth $12
  3. Made into needles, it’s worth $3,500
  4. Made into balance-springs for watches, it’s worth $300,000

It’s said that: “Value is determined by what you are able to make out of something. Each substantial increase above is born out of two things: an idea AND a skill”.

Your value is determined also by what you are able to make of yourself and having the power of positivity!

Seeing the possibilities or value opportunity

“When you are grateful, fear disappears, and abundance appears.” Tony Robbins

The key to abundance is meeting limited circumstances with unlimited thoughts.” Marianne Williamson

“See yourself living in abundance and you will attract it.” Bob Proctor

Abundance is not something we acquire. It is something we tune into.” Wayne Dyer

It’s not just about the power of positivity, but more about mindset, and whether we have an abundance mindset or a scarcity mindset.

Those with an abundance mindset will see the glass half full, find opportunities, utilise what they already know and be optimistic about the future.

Those with a scarcity mindset will see the glass half empty, only see troubles and problems, focus on what can’t be done and will step back in fear when things are bad.

Here are SIX ways to change your mindset from a scarcity to abundance mindset:

  1. Focus on what you have
  2. Surround yourself with people who have an abundance mindset
  3. Create win-win situations
  4. Incorporate gratitude into your daily life
  5. Train your mind to recognise the possibilities
  6. Create your own POP – the Power of Positivity

It’s almost like imagining you have the things you want, feeling you can attract the positive things – just like the Cliff Richard song “I’m dreaming you right into my life

What extraordinary things will you make out of ordinary things this year?

It’s never too late?
