I was able to find out the type of person I am, using iMA (personal profile and communication tool) i.e. I’m a High Green, which was both interesting and informative. Learning what my comforts are and what my conflicts are really helped me understand how certain situations had impacted my life and way of thinking and how I can better roll with them or twist them into a a positive light. It’s still certainly difficult to break certain habits and implement the tools given to me at times, but at least I’m able to understand why something might be affecting me the way it is and how I can disarm it if I need to.
My overall assessment of the programme enabling me to dig deeper into why I had developed certain habits and developing new ways to break the old and build the new.
The key points I gained was reflecting on my negative thoughts and reconstructing them into positive thoughts and focusing on the importance of a daily routine.
The most useful strategy I gained was reconstructing my negative thoughts into positive ones. A useful tool which I have developed a bad habit of negative thinking over the years and being able to flip them is, and will be beneficial going forward.
What I liked most about how the programme was delivered was how informative and personal the information was and how tools and strategies were used to work in with my way of thinking and my way of living.
The programme made a difference to me personally in that it helped me identify and counter negative thoughts as well as develop a more structured lifestyle making it easier to navigate what used to feel like a mess.
I would wholeheartedly recommend the Personal Life Coaching Programme. It really helped me understand why I think the way I do and how it affects my way of thinking and how that affects my day-to-day life. After finding that out and being able to work around it made things a bit easier every day.
