I feel the seminar was very useful and will help me deal with people in the real world
iMA not only provided an eye-opening look at my team but it was also an exploration of who I am and how I interact with others
It was a fun and collaborative seminar and a great way to get to know my team
It gave me a different perspective to how different high colours work and how different communication styles relate to each other as well as what approach to take
It was great to identify stress symptoms and the likely behaviour of different people
I loved understanding how everyone has different behaviours to me, and I need to be mindful of this when communicating with others
I understood different iMA colours, behaviours and stress traits in others
The seminar was a great way to learn self-awareness and how to communicate with others it gave me better self-awareness
I learned more about different personality traits and iMA high colours
Learning different personality traits and different ways to communicate was very helpful to improve my communication style
iMA was much easier to understand and relate to than DISC

Learning different iMA communication styles and how to deal with them and that everyone is different was very informative, helpful and great fun too
It helped me take a step back and see that not everyone is the same and learning other people’s differences was a massive eye opener knowing that all personalities are needed in every team and to identify other people’s personalities and adapt our communication styles will improve communication; invaluable tools and skills learned and very informative
The iMA process is simple and easy to use; I understood my team much better after the seminar and found the different personality types much easier to identify and relate to their communication style more easily
Knowing myself and others was great to learn at this seminar; it was great for team building and I would encourage anybody to take the iMA questionnaire to understand yourself and others better
I learned how to be able to interact with my colleagues without pressure and how to communicate more effectively and understand my team much better I know myself much more too
