A key element I learned was how to be more assertive.
One of the biggest things I learned was understanding my personality traits and being aware of iMA colours and the traits of my team.
I loved gaining an insight on the iMA colours and how they reflect personalities.
The result was so accurate, and I understood how I can be more effective by being more patient and less critical of others who are different to me.
