  • Planning the week prior on a Friday afternoon then using post notes for daily tasks.
  • Creating a great work life balance is very important to me, identifying the issues and gaining the tips and tricks. Creating digital quiet time in evenings; write journals and read instead.
  • It is okay to set boundaries around others access to my time.
