I liked how it was tailored to what was going on for me in business at the time and it was able to be tailored to my specific needs.
Key points I gained was to run my business sounding like ‘me’, coming from an authentic place of ‘me’. Identifying and getting clarity on my ideal client was very helpful
The most useful strategy was the circles exercise in relation to the ideal client because it helped me see where the gaps were easily, as I’m a visual person this worked well for me.
The mentoring got me to see things from another perspective that I hadn’t seen before, had me thinking in different ways about my marketing, my business and my industry. Even just working with a coach and seeing how you operate your business, being a coaching business.
I would recommend, Debs, Success Factor. If I saw the needs and thought the solutions were suitable, I would recommend to others. I believe there is a lot of knowledge to access which can help people grow their business
Being a one-gal band, I feel it’s important to have someone on your side who you can go to for trusted support and advice in building your business, outside of friends and family. Someone who has no emotional connection or vested interest in your business. It was great being able to drive the conversation with Debs for what I needed for the session.
For me it was about having a safe space to talk about the challenges openly and come up with solutions collectively and have Debs steer me in the right direction to get results. Support is one of the biggest challenges in business.
Working with Debs, I was able to gain support from someone who is further down the road than I am, who has experience and holds knowledge that I have not yet experienced or gained.
