Overall I assessed the programme very high. Debs was professional and went the extra mile to support me while being totally honest regarding my skills and she was patient and empathetic and encouraged me along the way. Debs has a lot of knowledge.
I felt the programme was well organised, professional and well delivered. I learnt my limitations after the 12x sessions, my strengths and weaknesses to work on
It provided an insight into how to start a small business. The correct way to do things in business and highlighted the mistakes that you can make and learn from.
I would recommend the Business Coaching and Mentoring Programme to others especially if they had business experience and knowledge beforehand which would help. If they had no experience in business the process might take a longer than 12 sessions.
It helped me to focus more on key aspects. The programme also presented a realistic view of what I could achieve with the resources I have. Also encouraging thinking big picture, about the future and how I could get there.
I liked how organised the programme was. The homework was delivered promptly after each session and these actions I was given kept me on track and motivated. Debs gave reminders when each session was going to happen.
I liked how I was listened to, and Debs was responsive to what I said I wanted to achieve. If I was way off base with my comments Debs listened and presented a question so I could work towards a solution. She did this in a respectful way.
I appreciated how Debs took time out of her busy day to reply to my questions and emails outside of our session times, this helped keep me on track and motivated.
I would suggest to anyone just go and do the programme! You are more likely to succeed going to an expert who knows a lot about business than trying to do it alone.
