This month’s theme is personal responsibility — not in a heavy or blaming way, but in a clarifying, empowering way. There is enormous freedom in understanding the difference between what belongs to you and what belongs to others. When we blur that line, stress grows. When we see it clearly, confidence and calm follow. You are responsible for your words, behaviour, actions, effort, ideas, and mistakes — and the consequences of them. That’s your lane. What isn’t yours are other people’s reactions, fears, beliefs, or choices. We can influence, support, and communicate — but we cannot carry responsibility for outcomes that are not ours to own. Personally, I’ve had to practice this repeatedly. In business, in relationships, and in community work, it’s easy to over-function — to step in
