I would recommend this seminar as it was informative and interactive A key element I learned was how to be more assertive. One of the biggest things I learned was understanding my personality traits and being aware of iMA colours and the traits of my team. I loved gaining an insight on the iMA colours and how they reflect personalities. The result was so accurate, and I understood how I can be more effective by being more patient and less critical of others who are different to me. I would recommend this seminar to all other WDC teams, it was hugely beneficial and relatable. One of the most useful strategies I learned for me was the benefit of goal setting and learning how to improve and adapt my communication techniques. I really learned the importance of identifying my team strengths and weaknesses and the ability to modify and adapt my

Learned how iMA colours depict the way people are and so know not to take offence. I gained a better understanding of the people I work with. My overall Assessment of the programme was that I found the personal life coaching sessions valuable. I learned a lot about how to deal with negative issues that come up in my life. I struggle with a lot of negative thoughts and these sessions have helped a lot with that. My key takeaways were don’t make assumptions about what others are thinking; everyone is not out to get you; your thoughts do not define you; bad things may happen from time to time but they will pass. I loved the SAVERS (Hal Elrod) Debs introduced me to - Silence, Affirmations, Visualisation, Exercise, Reading, Scribing which I now do each morning. What I liked the most was having the freedom to do the sessions when it suited me. I liked just sitting down on the couch and essentially having a chat. I liked being given some direction and suggestions as this
